At the end of February in 2020 we enjoyed seeing the beautiful bride and groom and their party, wander through the garden as the photographers snapped their joy. A perfect day....

In late September of 2019 Tour Rouge was included on the Graham Ross Garden Tour of the the Canberra and Monaro regions. Sandra and Kirsty brought their group for a wander through the garden. We offered them some French wine and chocolates to enjoy on their stroll. Anne and Chris Lord, both very active in the the Canberra Open Garden scheme, came along for the ride....

A lovely group of friends from New Zealand joined us in mid September 2019 to share our gardening experiences. Each season brings its own delights. Always fun to tell our stories....

Last year we embarked on a significant building project sited on the western side of the tower. Stage 1 saw an 8.5m x 4.5m swimming pool, enclosed by a 2m high wall. This was completed just in time for Christmas with the pool being filled with water for the first time on Christmas eve...

Helen Young, a lifestyle columnist, featured Tour Rouge in her gardening column in the Weekend Australian on June 30, 2018. She interviewed Danice and Rob and included their story along with a spread of photos featuring the tower which is the inspiration behind the property’s name....

Reputable local photographer & stylist Peta Rudd enquired about hosting a fashion shoot at Tour Rouge following our successful Open Garden in November 2017. The results were fabulous....

Tour Rouge was open to the public for the first time on the weekend of 11-12 November 2017 through Open Gardens Canberra. The opening was a huge success. Tour Rouge broke the Open Gardens Canberra record with over 730 visitors across the two days and raising over $5,000 for Rise Above & Open Gardens Canberra....
